On Saturday May 11, 2019, more than 2,000 people from the greater London Community gathered in TD Stadium on Western’s campus to participate in the 3rd edition of Science Rendezvous @Western. The theme for the event was STEAM BIG; aimed to showcase the Arts in Science. From 2pm to 9pm, they experienced the joy of discovery and the fun and excitement of science and arts by visiting 33 diverse activity centers and watching dazzling and captivating stage shows. The event concluded with a spectacular fireworks display showcasing the power of spectroscopy.
